ALLEGATIONS OF FACT Walt's Tire controls real property within the City of Yelm through a rental agreement identified by tax parcel number 22719342901 and described as Section 19 Township 17 Range 2E Quarter SE SW BEG PT S LN 25F W OF S4 COR W ALG SEC LN 254. 2F NE 3 LESS ROW SR 507 JCT SR510 TO BALD HILLS RD VIC; LESS ROW TO CLARK RD (3684057) 3813977 2. On October 16, 2008 Walt's Tire via U S Postal Service was sent a letter informing them that the visible storage of tires on the subject property was not in compliance with the Yelm Zone Code, Title 17 3. The subject property is identified by the Yelm Zoning Code as being within the C -1 zoning district, which allows outside screened storage, Section 17.57.060 (B) 4. A Type I landscaping is required between the subject C -1 Zoned property and the residential zone to the south. ALLEGATIONS OF LAW A. The above described real property is within the City of Yelm. B. The above described business is in violation of the Yelm Zoning code. C. The property owners failed to comply with a letter of correction issued by Gary Carlson, Building Official. Failure to comply with the terms of this notice of violation may result in further actions by the City of Yelm, including, but not limited to the issuance of civil penalties of up to $250.00 per day of violation or further enforcement action through a court of compentent jurisdiction.
