Dear Mr. & Mrs. Seabourn,
City of Yelm
Community Development Department
105 Yelm Avenue West
P.O. Box 479
Yelm, WA 98597
It has come to the attention of the City of Yelm that you may be in violation of provisions
of the Yelm Municipal Code.
Specifically, a spot check of your driveway revealed an inoperable vehicle parked in
front of your house. The Yelm Municipal Code, Chapter 10.20, states that unlicensed or
inoperable vehicles may not be stored on any premises for longer then 30 days.
Vehicles may be stored in an enclosed structure. Which we have determined as at a
minimum a 6 foot fence, provided the vehicles can not be seen from the street.
Please within the next 30 days renew the license and repair the vehicle or store out of
site behind a fence.
If you have any questions regarding this letter, please feel free to contact me at the
Community Development Department. I may be reached at 360 -458 -8407. Thank
you.
Sincerely,
C
