This letter is a follow up to conversation we had on 11 -23 -2004. At that time you told me
that you would call LeMay and establish your service, As of today they still don't have
you in service. I would like you to have garbage service on or before 12- 10- 2004,Or I
will have no other recourse than to refer this matter to the Yelm Police Department
requesting that they issue you a citation under Section #8.14.040 YMC.
