Dear Ms. Graves:
Pursuant to our telephone conversation today, operating a business in the residential
structure located on the property mentioned above is in violation of the Yelm Zoning
Code. Conversion of a residence to a commercial business requires Site Plan Review.
To determine what improvements would be required to bring the site into compliance,
you are welcome to attend a presubmission meeting where we would explain in detail
the Site Plan Review process.
Per your phone message, you informed me that you would be moving your business to
a different location, and would like 30 days in which to move the business.
To avoid further action by the City, please vacate your business and remove the related
debris from the site by March 1, 2006.
