Sox 479 Yelm, WA 98597 This letter is a follow -up to my visit with you last week. I came to discuss the sale and storage of RV's on this property. In September 2004 you met with the Community Development Department of the city of Yelm. We discussed the requirements to use that property in conjunction with your existing building. The owner of the property, Dr. Barrett, will need to apply for a Re- zone /Comprehensive Plan Amendment with the city. You would need to request the zoning to be changed from C1 Commercial Zone to C2 Commercial to engage in this type of business. Currently you are not in compliance for RV Sales and Storage. This activity is not Allowed in C1 Zone. I am requesting you cease all activity of Storage and Sales of RV's And Vehicles on the Barrett parcel. You have 30 days from the date of this letter to Vacate the property of any all RV's and Vehicles and cease any and all activities.
