10502 Grove Rd Mckown letter 1November 28, 2001 Roger & Bev McKown P.O. Box 929 Yelm, WA 98597 -0929 Re: Business License Dear Mr. & Mrs. McKown, It has come to my attention that you have opened your business, AM /PM Thrift and Gift. Your new business does not change the occupancy of the building and I am processing your application. You will still be responsible for maintaining Fire Safety and ADA requirements as under your previous business. A routine Fire Safety Review will follow this letter in about a week. During by review of your application it was noted that you have a number of vehicles stored on your property. City Ordinances (attached) limit outside storage to 30 days. It was also noted that you have a large number of appliances, construction debris and other miscellaneous debris that are prohibited under our Nuisance Ordinances. Due to the fact that the Holiday Season is the busiest time for a new retail business I am requesting that the vehicles be removed by January 1, 2002 and that the City of Yelm has received a plan from you by January 7, 2002 showing timely and targeted removal of the debris and appliances. If I can be of further help or answer any questions, please feel free to contact me at 458- 8407. Thank you. Sincerely, Gary Carlson Building Official
