Box 479 Yelm, WA 98597 Attn.: Judge Meyer Re.: Roger McKown Abatement Honorable Judge Meyer, The abatement for the removal of appliances stored on Mr. McKown's property has slowly progressed since the inception date, February 6, 2002, until this summer when close to 95% of the appliances were removed. Our last two visit to the court reported that the 95% rate was stable. My review of the project on November 3, 2003 estimated that the cleanup percentage now is approx. 97 %. The City of Yelm would like the following points considered: 1) Cleanup along the east property line behind the thrift shop should be 100 %. 2) Cars for sale need to be removed 3) Mr. McKown needs to submit a realistic schedule with completion dates for items one and two.
