Dear Ms. Allison,
The City of Yelm received a response from Yelm Lawn Mower and Saw regarding the
installation of a privacy fence along the side facing your managed rental. According to
their timetable the screen should be in place by January 1, 2003.
Included with their letter was a Citizen Action Request for clean up of your managed
rental in the areas of an old truck parked up next to the house with junk around it, an
illegal burn barrel, and miscellaneous scrap on the back side of their yard.
According to City records this house has been a problem before. Please arrange to clean
up the site, remove the illegal burn barrel and remove or store the vehicle in an enclosed
area per Yelm City Ordinance regarding the outside storage of vehicles.
In addition to the above requests please keep the area maintained next to the proposed
screen and remove any items or vegetation that might hinder a speedy response to your
request.
