Dear Mr. Cameron,
Regarding our conversation of January 28, 2002, the installation of the signs on the north
and south face of your business was completed without an approved sign permit.
Due to the fact that the size of the signs are greater then allowed under the sign code I
requested that they be removed. Upon removal I would work with you to bring your
signs into conformance with the sign code.
I have talked with you several times and understand that the location of the business does
not lend itself to optimal signage under our code. However, I have to enforce the code
we have and cannot allow you to violate it while other businesses in this city conform to
our code. I will give you until 8 am Monday the l lt' of February 2002 to remove your
illegal signs. Thank you.
