As a separate action, the Planning Commission reviewed your request to allow a health/exercise club in the Central Business District (CBD.) The Planning Commission found that a health/exercise club meets the criteria as a similar use and recommended to the City Council it be incorporated into the CBD as an allowed use. On Wednesday, May 10, 1995, the City Council approved the Planning Commission's recommendation. A health/exercise club has been incorporated into the CBD as an allowed use.
