Ordinance, I am pleased to submit the following documents
for your review and approval
1 Two copies of the Environmental Checklist
2 List of Owners of Property within 300 foot radius
3 Assessor's Tax Parcel Map of 24-17-1E
4 Ten copies of the proposed Site Plan
5 Two copies of a 11"x17" Site Plan
6 '~:;J>;>d copies of the Topographic Survey
7 Two copies of the Boundary Survey
8 Two copies of the Preliminary Drainage Report
9 A check in the amount of$3,225 00 payable to the City
of Yelm
A Traffic Engineer has been retained to conduct a Traffic
Analysis as outlined in our April 24, 1995 scoping meeting
The Analysis will be completed on May 14th and will be
forwarded to you upon receipt
During a conversation with Ken Garmann and in accordance
with document requirements for Chapter 16 32, a full set of
preliminary grading, drainage and internal utility loop
plans and will not be required at this time Because the
site has no development constraints identified, the design
for the above stated plans will be submitted to the City
during the BUilding Permit phase
