Reinforcing:
Reinforcing steel for the footings and stemwalls to be placed were inspected and signed off by a Tim Seabold with MTC on 5/18/16,refer to
Field report#F73780 and by City of Yelm.
Concrete:
MTC inspector observed the contractor place approx.20+/-yd3 of Miles supplied concrete,Mix#1230OF for the above referenced
stemwalls.
Contractor placed concrete via Brundage Bone 41M pump truck,and consolidated via High Powered mechanical vibration.
MTC inspector tested concrete for slump and temp,and then cast(5)4A 8 cylinders for compression strength testing.
For further test results and info,refer to concrete report#C44207.
The materials used and placed.on this date appeared to conform to the approved site plans and specs.
