Comments:
Onsite to perform a visual inspection of reinforcing steel placement and concrete placement observation and testing as follows:
REINFORCING STEEL:

Location(s):Continuous exterior&interior footing @ A-F/2-9

Observed the placement of ASTM A615,grade 60 reinforcing steel into 2'x11"&1.5'x8"footings at the above mentioned locations.
Reinforcing steel was of proper size,grade,lap,spacing,location,clearance,and secure prior to placement of concrete.
Embeds:Not required at this time in placement.
Anchor bolts:Not installed during footing placement,contractor noted placement of hold down anchors during Stem wall concrete
placement.
Verification of proper coverage of 2"clear of formwork performed prior concrete placement as column spread footing bottom mat
reinforcing was touching or close to formwork.Noted to contractor all reinforcing steel and Anchor bolts or Embeds are required to be
securely tired into place prior inspection.
Work performed,that was visually inspected was found to be in conformance with project plans dated 10-23-14 rev.1.

Observed the placement of 50 cubic yards of Holroyd concrete mix design#555IF25 into 2'x11"&1.5'x8"footings within the locations
noted above.
Standing water was observed in the footing within gridlines A-17/6-9.Contractor did pump most of the water out of the footings.Constant
rain was present during concrete placement although contractor placed new concrete into freshly placed concrete to push the water to the
PUMP.
Temperature,slump tests performed and one set of 5-(4"x 8")cylinders were cast for compressive strength test specimens,please
reference report#C38327.
Concrete was placed by 42 meter Ralphs boom pump and mechanically consolidated with high-cycle vibrator during placement.
Work performed,that was visually inspected was found to be in conformance with project plans dated 10-23-14 Rev.l
