Dear Mr Overton
The City has completed' its review for the above referenced project located at 115 Yelm
Avenue East. Approval has been granted, subject to the following conditions
1 Grease traps currently serving the restaurant portion of the facility are receiving raw
sewage The raw sewage and the grease must be separated and re-routed to by-pass
the grease traps and discharge directly to the STEP tanks. -
2. The side sewer running from the two restrooms in the bar area shall be replaced with
materials which meet the requirements of the Uniform Plumbing Code
3 Yelm Telephone Company request that care be taken with rerouting of existing
facilities to the building
