RE:Boundary tine Adjustment for Dotson Property Dear Jolin: A Boundary Line Adjustment fBLA) is an admihistrativeprocesses which typically takes 2 - 7 weeks for tne City to review and approve. If the proposed BLA is fora site that has both City water and sewer the review and approval time is approximately 2 weeks. When the proposal site includes on-site water and/or sewage systems the review and approval takes approximately 7 weeks. '. ^ . The City of Yelm does not have a Health Department, therefore when bn-site water and/or septic systems are ihvolved it is necessary for the Thur~ton County Environmental Health Department, to review the proposal. and approve of the water ahd septic system. The application and required documents(maps, etc.) for a BLA are turned into the City. The City notifies and' forwards a copy of the application and documentation to Thurston County Environmental Heal th Department. Thurston County will bill the applicant directly for their review fees. The CJ. ty and County review the appl'ication concurrently with a decision/approval resulting in approximately 7 weeks. .
