The zoning code, Chapter 17 96, authorizes staff to grant administrative approval for yard setback reductions up to 15% Reductions in excess of 15% are processed through the Planning Commission and the City Council The Planning Commission held a public hearing on October 2, 1995 No public testimony was received by the Planning Commission.
