I owe you an apology. After digging a little deeper, we found that you currently have
a home occupation permit for Willow Nail Academy at 311 McKenzie.
If you wish to restart this business at this address as a home occupation with no
changes, you will just need to apply for a new business license. If you change or
expand the home occupation, you will need to check with me to see if you need to
update your home occupation or convert to a commercial business.
