Accompanying this memorandum is a completed Boundary Line Adjustment
("BLA") for the Nisqually Plaza shopping center, and a $100 check for the
application fee
It appears the Declaration needs to be filled out once the BLA is approved
Please let me know at your earliest convenience when the Declaration
needs to be signed, I will arrange to have myself or someone else drive
down to sign it.
I wish I could have provided you the documents a little earlier, but you
know some of the reasons why they weren't (new application, map not
ready yet, etc )
If for some reason a question is raised regarding access from Burger King to
the balance of the shopping center, it is addressed per our lease
arrangement with Burger King Attached is a small portion of the Lease,
which notes Burger .King has access rights to the balance of the shopping
center These rights would be retained with the BLA.
The date we need to have the lot formally and legally created, for Burger
King's purchase of thc<lot, is April 9, 1997 I know the Burger King folk'
and their lender (Seafirst) will be jumping up and down to get the BLA
finalized before then, but April 9 is a date that should provide a semi-
reasonable review period, and is two days before the drop-dead (I!) date

Tenant shall have the optIOn to renew thIS lease for two additIonal terms, as prOVIded below, so
long as thIS lease IS not In default at the time each option IS exerCIse and at the lime the renewal
telTIliS to commence. The renewal telms WIll be for ten (10) years each, commencmg on the day
follOWIng expiratIOn of the precedmg term The other terms and condItions of this lease will
remain the same dunng the renewal terms, except that the base rent shall be as provided in
paragraph 3 1 and Tenant will have no further option to renew this lease. Exercise of the
