I wish I could have provided you the documents a little earlier, but you know some of the reasons why they weren't (new application, map not ready yet, etc ) If for some reason a question is raised regarding access from Burger King to the balance of the shopping center, it is addressed per our lease arrangement with Burger King Attached is a small portion of the Lease, which notes Burger .King has access rights to the balance of the shopping center These rights would be retained with the BLA.
