Hi Karen,
I didn't factor the sink into the cost as I found out about that Fri. afternoon. That should cost about
$1,400. 1 also didn't factor in for sheet rock as that's not part of my scope of work. That would add
about $4,000 to the total cost. So, the total costs for all improvements should be about $7,400.
