Site topography ranges from elevation 337 ft at crystal Springs Road to 318' at Yelm Creek. b. What is the steepest slope on the site (approximate percent slope)? The steepest slope onsite is 11 % located at the East end of the site. c. What general types of soils are found on the site (for example, clay, sand, gravel, peat, muck)? If you know the classification of agricultural soils, specify them and note any prime farmland. The SCS Soil Survey of Thurston County mapped the site as Spanaway Gravelly Sandy Loam Onsite soil analysis verified this soil classification. d. Are there surface indications or history of unstable soils in the immediate vicinity? If so, describe. Not evidentfrom our site survey. e. Describe the purpose, type and approximate quantities of any filling or grading proposed. Indicate source of fill.
