Exterior
Roofing:
1. Remove existing one layer 1400sgs of torch down roofing ( at the time the
roofer inspected the roof it was raining pretty severely and he could not
get a core sample of the roof so any other layer will be extracted as well.
2. Lay down base sheet fire barrier nailing complex nails at recommended
lengths and profile.
3. Attach all led pipes or any other penetration flashings and edge metal and
prime.
4. Install all new white torch down bleeding seems properly and going up all
horizontal and vertical surfaces.
5. Tear out 9 vents on main building to be redone properly.
6. Install all new cap metal on all surrounding perimeter of building.
7. Counter flash chimney using 5' Chim flash.
Roof comes with a 10 year limited warranty
Paint and pressure washing
I. Clean and pressure wash all surfaces.
2. Scrape and remove all louse paint.
3.Paint 2 color city and client approved Red and Black.
4. Mask and caulk all areas as required.
Soffit or eaves repair of replacement:
1. Remove all rotted 2x12 and replace with new.
2. Flash and seal where necessary.
3. Remove and replace siding and wood frame structure as required.
4. Identify any and all potential rot or source of and address with clients
and city inspectors consent.
Cinder block grout repair or replacement:
1. BS A106.3.3.9 Pointing. Reference code.
la. Joint preparation: Old mortar shall be removed by none impact means,
at 3/4 inch plus. All loose material shall be removed by brush, air or
water.
lb. Mortar preparation. Damp condition after mixture is complete of 1.5 hr.
1c. Packing. The joint in which the mortar is to be packed tightly into joint.
Id. Equipment needed: scissor lift 28ft. off road equip. Two propane heater
blowers. The equipment will be used through out the process.
During the extern process completion, our HVAC repair tech will be out to look at
the refrigeration unit on the rear of the building. A estimate will be provided if
needed. If only low dollar amounts are needed to get up and running the cost will
be presented directly to you. Note all cost of this repair will be at contractors cost
and that savings will be passed on to you.

Basic materials and out of packet costs up front, as materials become necessary addition funds will be
provide by customer to pay venders as required. Balance payable at time of completion or via agreement
prier to our services being rendered. AERP Construction and Consulting puts safety and quality standards
first and foremost. We are willing to beat any bid by 5% Subject to review, comparable materials and
technical expertise. Bids are valid for 90 days.
1 year warranty provides surety coverage defects in workmanship and materials. 2 year warranty provides
surety coverage against systems defects. 10 year warranty provides insurance- backed coverage for
qualifying structural defects as new installations, such as framing. Manufactures warranties apply on all
materials and items.
