Parcel No. 21724120404. The legal description of the property
currently is Lot 3 of SS-8016 as recorded under Auditor's File No.
8706180112 in Volume 22, Page 237 of short subdivisions, records of
Thurston County, Washington. Once BLA 008257YL is recorded, this
site will be known as Parcel B of that Boundary Line Adjustment.

highest potential for erosion will occur during the grading

Following construction all exposed surfaces will be landscaped
and revegetated.

of the City of Yelm. A 15-foot Type 1 landscaping buffer will be
provided between the assisted living facility and the
residential zoning to the north. Trees, shrubs and ground

appearance. The project will be designed to a residential
scale, using residential-type materials in order to blend with
surrounding residential uses
