Tacoma, WA 98446 Dear Mr & Mrs. Contreras The City of Yelm has recently reviewed an application from Larry Mahan to place a manufactured home dealership on your property located at 17020 SE State Hwy 507 The City has approved the application under specific conditions. Enclosed you will find the letter approving the use and identifying the conditions in which the dealership can operate. It is imperative that as property owners you understand that any use on property within the City limits is subject to City regulations and development standards.
