To Whom It May Concern:
It has come to the attention of the Yelm code enforcement officer that an illegal portable sign is
on your property.
Per Yelm Municipal Code 18.62.030 Prohibited Signs:
18.62.030(F) Prohibited signs. Portable signs, except as provided under temporary signs;
18.62.150(A) Removal of unlawful signs. Any unlawful sign which has not been removed within 30
days after notice of violation may be removed by the city and the costs charged to the violator. If removal costs
have not been paid and the sign reclaimed within 30 days of its removal by the city, the city may sell or
otherwise dispose of the sign and apply the proceeds toward costs of removal. Any proceeds in excess of costs
of removal shall be paid to the owner of the sign.
This sign must be permanently removed by April 7, 2017.
