PARCEL 22730110207 With the recent events involving the moving of Subway restaurant, your sign advertising this business is illegal per 18.62.030 (L) and must be removed. 18.62.030(L) Prohibited signs. Off - premises signs 18.62.150(A) Removal of unlawful signs. Any unlawful sign which has not been removed within 30 days after notice of violation may be removed by the city and the costs charged to the violator. If removal costs have not been paid and the sign reclaimed within 30 days of its removal by the city, the city may sell or otherwise dispose of the sign and apply the proceeds toward costs of removal. Any proceeds in excess of costs of removal shall be paid to the owner of the sign. This sign must be removed no later than April 13, 2017. All signs must conform to Yelm Municipal Code Chapter 18.62.
