PARCEL 85800200300 To Whom It May Concern: It has come to the attention of the Yelm code enforcement officer that a vehicle is being parked with advertising on 206 Yelm Ave W, a vacant lot. Per Yelm Municipal Code 18.62.030 Prohibited Signs: 18.62.030(G) Prohibited signs. Advertising vehicles, with the exception of the identification of a firm or its principal products on a vehicle operating during normal course of business; 18.62.030(L) Off - premises signs; 18.62.150(A) Removal of unlawful signs. Any unlawful sign which has not been removed within 30 days after notice of violation may be removed by the city and the costs charged to the violator. If removal costs have not been paid and the sign reclaimed within 30 days of its removal by the city, the city may sell or otherwise dispose of the sign and apply the proceeds toward costs of removal. Any proceeds in excess of costs of removal shall be paid to the owner of the sign. This advertising vehicle is parked on a non - conforming parking surface on one lot and advertising for an adjacent lot. This vehicle must be permanently removed by April 7, 2017.
