The recent addition of the patio cover over your out door seating was constructed without
a permit, or a approved design as part of the building permit process.
The City of Yelrn is concerned about the load of the tile roofing. This area must not be
used by patrons until further notice for the safety of your patrons. 1 would like to arrange
a meeting next week to discuss this issue with you. A letter regarding the conformance
of the structure's design with building codes from a registered Engineer or Architect to
the 2009 International Building Code is required.
Upon acceptance of the letter to the City of Yehn, you will be required to secure a
building permit, make any need improvements as required by the professional evaluation
prior to reopening the covered patio to the public.
