Subject: Request for Deferral of Frontage Improvements
Dear Tami:
We understand that our project will trigger frontage improvements to a Commercial Collector
standard that has a 11' travel lane, 5' shoulder, 7' planter strip, street lights, and a 5' sidewalk.
We also understand that the City has a long -term goal of upgrading this corridor through a
Local Improvement District.F;;,;,,f: ?;�
The I.C.E. facility is a planned storage yard to support an existing 6,000 SF warehouse
building. The facility is operated by four (4), full -time employees. The total daily trips are
approximately 14 trips. The daily trips generally consist of 4 employee trips at a.m., mid -day,
and p.m. hour trips plus they generate 1 to 2 delivery trips (Equipment and FedEx). We do not
expect to generate more than 6 peak -hour trips per day.
Due to the small amount of traffic generated by this development, and the size of the proposed
project, we are requesting to defer our frontage improvements.
