On June 5, 2017, the Community Development Department received a sign permit application
for the Triad Theater located at 102 Yelm Avenue E. The permit application stated that
additional information was to be submitted. As of the date of this letter, the City has not
received any further information. The application is deemed incomplete, and now void.
When you are ready to proceed with a sign permit, please provide a completed application, and
plans for the sign to include size, color, and how the sign is to be attached to the building.
