See me comments below regarding the project and for you to forward on to the project proponent.
Stormwater
• Please provide the WWHM analysis results that support the 100 -yr flow being below 0.15 cfs.
Wastewater
• Is there any proposed action(s) being taken to decommission the existing cesspool? I see the tank is proposed
for abandonment and sand fill. Provide an action plan for the decommissioning of the existing septic /cesspool
system.
Streets
Driveway approaches
• The southerly property that calls -out for removal of the curb cut is acceptable. Any curb and /or
sidewalk replacement needs to be constructed to meet the minimum ADA passage requirements.
• The existing 45 -ft driveway located directly in front of the shop for conversion does not meet ADA
passage requirements. The driveway slope is to great and the apron transitions are not long enough and
cause an uneven transition point or barrier per ADA requirements at each end.
• Construct a new 36 -ft wide driveway for access and repair /restore curb /gutter /sidewalk as needed.
• Maintain existing centerpoint of driveway access to align with driveway access on the opposite side of
Vancil Rd SE.
