Box 479 Yelm, WA 98597   December 1, 2006 Yelm Auto Mall Mike Brown 16510 106th Ave SE Yelm, WA 98589 RE: S/R 507 Frontage Improvements - Yelm Auto Mall City of Yelm Project SPR-05-0201-YL (note revised project number) Location: Parcel B of BLA 02-8324 Mr. Brown: The City of Yelm has completed a review of property frontage along S/R 507 located on Parcel B of BLA 02-8324. The following are conditions for the frontage improvements: Sidewalk: The cement concrete sidewalk must be constructed per Yelm City Standards for sidewalks. This sidewalk is to be constructed at 6 feet in width and full length of frontage from the existing sidewalk to the east to the area of handicap ramp at the east bound S/R 507 entrance. Handicap Ramp: A Handicap Ramp must be constructed to match existing handicap ramp on the west side of S/R 507 east bound entrance. Planter Strip along S/R 507 Frontage: A planter strip will need to match up to existing planter strip to the east and maintain the 8 feet width for approximately 50 feet, then may taper to blend in with alignment of curbing and new sidewalk. This planter strip will need to be constructed per City of Yelm Standards, in which will include top soil and saude. Adjust Existing Utilities: 4. There is a utility 6’x12’ vault, 2 ā€œJā€ boxes and 1 sanitary sewer clean out that will need to be adjusted to match sidewalk grade and slope. Conditions of Approval: The frontage improvements must be per City of Yelm standards and details. Please find these attached.
