Per our earlier conversation, attached please find the Presubmission
Request Application. I have penciled you in for February 3, 2016 at
2:00 pm in the City Hall Conference Room (next to the Bldg Dept).
Please have the application and site plan back to me no later than 5:00
pm on January 27, 2016. On January 28th I will email you the official
agenda for your confirmation.
