CITY OF ELM S~ECrAr• COUNCIL MEETING
WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 20, 1993, 4:30 PM, AIM CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS
The Special Meeting was called to order by Mayor Robert A. Sanders at 4:30
PM. Council present: Kathy Wolf, Amos Lawton, Don Miller and Martha
Parsons. Staff: Shelly A. Badger, CAO.
On a motion by Amos Lawton, second by Martha Parsons, Shelly Badger, Chief
Administrative Officer, was appointed to take the minutes in the absence of
City Clerk, Agnes Colombo.
93-11~-'On a motion by Kathy Wolf, second by Amos Lawton, Ordinance No. 453 was
unanimously approved providing for the issuance of a $180,000 par value
Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds, 1993, of the City for general City
purposes to provide funds with which to pay part of the cost of constructing
`an addition to the City Hall; and approving the sale and providing for the
delivery of the bond to the United States of America, Department of
Agriculture, Farmer's Home Administration. Motion carried.
On a motion by Martha Parsons, second by Kathy Wolf, the Special Meeting
adjourned at 4:45 PM.
