SPECIAL MEETING: Approval of Vouchers

1. The meeting was called to order at 4:30 pm by Mayor Wolf.
Council present: Bob Gallagher, Martha Parsons, Amos Lawton.
Staff member Agnes Colombo explained that approval of three
vouchers was being requested. One would be paid immediately
to Marscot Construction for the UCBO Community Center Project
to allow payment of their subcontractors. The others would
be held until payment was received from the UCBO and Head
Start, who have been billed.
94-143 MOTION BY BOB GALI,AGHER, SECONDED BY AMOS LAWTON THAT
VOUCHERS BE APPROVED. CARRIED.
Meeting adjourned at 4:40 p.m.
