844 Budget Amend Eng Tech
CITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 844
AN ORDINANCE amending the City of Yelm 2006 Budget adopted
by Ordinance No. 840 (12/05), and Appendix II, the Employee
Salary Schedule, by increasing the Salary Range for the Engineer
Tech position.
WHEREAS, salary ranges need to be adjusted periodically to allow the City to be
competitive in attracting and retaining well trained staff members;
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Yelm do ordain as follows:
Section 1.
City of Yelm 2006 Budget Ordinance 840, and Salary Schedule,
Appendix II annexed to and incorporated therein is amended as shown:

Section 2.
Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect five days after its
passage, approval, and publication.
Section 3.
Ratify and Confirmation Clause
Any action taken pursuant to this ordinance but prior to the effective date
is hereby ratified and confirmed.
Adopted by the Yelm City Council at a regular meeting thereof this 8th day of Februarv.
