745 Tax LevyCITY OF YELM ORDINANCE NO. 745 (1 % Increase) AN ORDINANCE determining the estimated amount of revenue to be raised by ad valorem taxes for the City of Yelm for the fiscal year 2002 and fixing the amount of ad valorem taxes to be levied for the City of Yelm for the fiscal year 2002. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM, THURSTON COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that: Section 1. The estimated revenue to be raised by general levy ad valorem taxes for the City of Yelm for the fiscal year 2002 is $582,868. Section 2. Ad valorem taxes for the fiscal year 2002 are hereby fixed and levied upon all real and personal property subject to taxation in all assessment districts for the City of Yelm and upon each dollar of taxable value thereof, in the sum of $3.10 per each and every $1,000 of the statutory valuation of said property, subject to the limitation thereof as provided in Section 84.55.010, 84.40.030 and 27.12.390 of the Revised Code of Washington. Section 3. The taxes herein provided are levied for the purpose of raising revenue sufficient to pay for a portion of the Current Fund and for the operation of the different departments of the municipal government of the City of Yelm for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2002, and ending December 31, 2002. Taxes are hereby levied upon all real and personal property within the City of Yelm subject to taxation for municipal purposes as shown on the assessment rolls of Thurston County and the State of Washington and upon the assessed valuation thereof as finally certified by the Thurston County Assessor.
