ORDINANCE NO. 731
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Yelm amending Public Works Department
salaries in Appendix II of the 2001 Budget adopted by Ordinance No. 715,
(12/00) by adding a permanent part-time office assistant position and changing
the Maintenance and Equipment Operator starting step level and declaring an
effective date.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM DO ORDAIN:
Section 1 Additions. City of Yelm Budget, Ordinance No. 715, is amended by the addition
of the following Job Class/Title to all Appendix II schedules. Starting step for
this position will be in the Step 1 to 2 range, based upon candidate qualifications.

Section 2 Amendments. The City of Yelm Budget, Ordinance No. 715, is amended by the
following change to the existing Salary Schedule and Salary Benefit Costs
schedules of Appendix II reflecting a higher starting level (Step 2) based upon
candidate qualifications.

Section 3 Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in full force five days after the date of
publication according to state law.
