727 Final Assess Roll for Loc Imp Dist No. 1CITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 727
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Yelm, Washington,
approving modification to the final assessment roll for
Local Improvement District No. 1.
WHEREAS, the final assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 1
("LID No. 1 ") in the City of Yelm, Washington (the "City") was confirmed by
Ordinance No. 674 on September 24, 1999; and
WHEREAS, one or more property owners within LID No. 1 have applied for
a transfer of certain assessment(s) within LID No. 1, as shown in the executed
Agreement delivered to the City, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit I; and
WHEREAS, based on the representations and information set forth in said
Agreement, the City Council will agree the proposed transfer of assessments;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Agreement, attached hereto, as Exhibit I is hereby
approved. The City Council hereby finds that the value of each of the parcels as
shown on Exhibit Bin the Agreement is at least equal to the assessment proposed to
be levied thereon. The transfer of the assessments as shown on Exhibit B to the
Agreement is hereby approved.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five days after
its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Yelm, Washington at its regular
meeting on the 10th day of January, 2001.
