ORDINANCE NO. 724
AN ORDINANCE amending the 2000 City of Yelm Budget as adopted by
Ordinance No. 679 on December 8, 1999, by increasing fiord appropriations in
excess of original estimates and authorizing transfers to close/consolidate funds.
The City Council of the City of Yelm, Washington do ordain as follows:
Section 1. 2000 budgeted amounts for revenues and expenditures for the operation of the
government of the City of Yelm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2000,
are increased by the following amounts:

Section 2. A transfer in the amount of $70,563.51 is authorized to close fund 304 (Vancil
Road Construction) to fund 308 (Yelm Ave E Construction) and to consolidate
the two into (308) the Vancil Rd. -Stage 1[ Fund.
Section 3. The budget for the year 2000 as amended by the changes in Section 1 shall be
filed in the office of the City Clerk.
Section 4. The City Clerk is hereby directed to transmit this supplemental budget to the
Auditor of the State of Washington, Division of Municipal Corporations.
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect five days following p~~ubl~~icati~ojn
