713 Amend Ord 679 Close Existing FundsCITY OF YELM
ORIDNANCE NO. 713
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Yelm amending the 2000 Budget adopted by City of
Yelm Ordinance No. 679, 12/8/99 by authorizing a transfer of funds to close existing
funds and declaring an effective date.
WHEREAS, some of the funds established in the 2000 budget have completed their intended
purpose and are no longer necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Yelm do ordain as follows:
Section 1. Fund 304 , Vancil Road Construction shall be closed by increasing the year 2000
budget appropriation and authorizing the transfer of all remaining funds as of November 8,
2000, to fund 308 Yelm Avenue East/Vancil Road Phase II.
Section 2. Fund 406, 1990 Water Revenue Bond Reserve shall be closed by increasing the
year 2000 budget appropriation and authorizing the transfer of all remaining funds as of
November 8, 2000 to the Municipal Water Fund (401).
Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective five days following publication.
Section 4. A copy of this ordinance shall be forwarded to the Washington State Auditor's
Office.
