712 Amend Ch. 2 of Yelm Muni CodeCITY OF YELM ORDINANCE NO. 712 AN ORDINANCE amending Chapter 2 of the Yelm Municipal Code, creating an Elected Officials Reimbursement Policy for the City of Yelm, and declaring an effective date. THE C[TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 2 of the Yelm Municipal Code shall be amended to read as follows: 2.04.10 Meetings -Date and time. The city council shall hold regular meetings on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month. Durine the month of November of each year, the econd meetine of the month hall be held on the Tuesday directly nrecedine the fourth Wednesday of the month. Regular meetings of the city council shall commence at the hour of seven-thirty p.m. at Yelm City Hall, Yelm, Thurston County, Washington. 2.04.20 Reimbursement for expenses. Section 2. Severability. If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, or phrase of this ordinance is declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining parts of this ordinance.
