709 Amend Ord 679 Incr Interfund TransCITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 709
AN ORDINANCE amending the City of Yelm 2000 Budget, Appendix
1 B adopted by Ordinance No. 679 (12/99) by increasing the amount of an
interfund transfer between the Current Fund (001) and the DARE Fund
(109) and declaring an effective date.
WHEREAS, special conditions require additional funding to meet the needs of the DARE Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Yelm, Washington do ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The City of Yelm 2000 Budget is amended by increasing the Interfund
Transfer of $9,846.00 from the Current Fund (001) to the DARE Fund
(109) by $15,000.00 to 24 846.00.
Section 2. The Current Fund Capital Reserve Line will be decreased by $15,000.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect five days following the
date of publication.
Adopted by the Yelm City Council at a regular meeting this 12th day of July 2000.
