698 Approving Transfer from C/GF to the CR and UDFCITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 698
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Yelm amending the 2000 Budget adopted by
City of Yelm Ordinance No. 679, 12/8/99 by approving a transfer from the
Cun•ent/General Fund to the Cumulative Resewe and Urban Development Fund
(104) and declaring an effective date.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A transfer from the Cun•ent Fund (001) to the Cumulative Reserve and Urban
Development Fund in the amount of $321,878.76 is authorized.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall be in full force five days after the date of
publication according to state law.
ADOPTED this 12`'' day of April, 2000.
