688 Close UDAGCITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 688
AN ORDINANCE closing the Urban Development Action Grant (UDAG) Fund
No. 198 and moving the fund balance into the Current (General) Fund No. 001
and declaring an effective date.
WHEREAS, grant requirements of the Urban Development Action Grant have been met
and funds remaining in UDAG Fund No. 198 are no longer subject to Department of Housing and
Urban Development requirements;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Yelm, Thurston County,
Washington do hereby ordain
Section 1. City of Yelm Fund No. 198 shall be dissolved into the Current (General) Fund
No. 001. Additionally, all active assets and liabilities of the fund shall become
part of that transfer to the Current Fund.
Section 2. This activity shall take place by means of a Residual Equity Transfer.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall forward a copy of this ordinance to the Washington State
Auditor's Office.
