768 Extend ESS PositionCITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 768
AN ORDINANCE amending the City of Yelm 2002 Budget adopted by
Ordinance No. 746 (12/01) and the attached Employee Salary Schedule,
Section 2, Appendix II, by extending the position through the end of the
year.
WHEREAS, needed park structure repairs have been recommended by the
Yelm Parks Advisory Board; and

WHEREAS, suggested repairs need to be accomplished prior to the end of the

Section 1. City of Yelm 2002 Budget Ordinance 746, and Salary Schedule,
Appendix II annexed to and incorporated therein is amended by
extending the approved temporary Public Works Maintenance,
Streets/Parks -Seasonal position through December 31, 2002.
Section 2. The salary remains at the current monthly amount of $2,070, plus the
cost of benefits applicable to this position.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect five days after passage,
approval, and publication.
