767 Authorize Transfer between Current Fund and Five Corners Bond Payment FundCITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 767
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Yelm amending the 2002 City of
Yelm Budget, adopted by Ordinance No. 746 (12/01), by
authorizing a transfer between the Current Fund and the Five
Corners Bond Payment Fund and declaring an effective date.
WHEREAS, the Yelm City Council adopted Ordinance No. 730
converting a commercial loan to a bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM,
WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The 2002 City of Yelm Budget shall be amended by reducing the
Current/General (001) Fund Reserve Line by $10,000 to provide a
$10,000 transfer to the Five Corners Bond Repayment (112) Fund.
Section 2. The budget for the year 2002 as amended by the changes in
Section 1 shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk who is hereby
directed to transmit this supplemental budget to the Auditor of the
State of Washington, Division of Municipal Corporations.
Section 3. Ratify and Confirmation Clause -Any action taken pursuant to this
ordinance but prior to the effective date is hereby ratified and
confirmed.
