755 Temporary Position in Sewer DeptCITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 755
AN ORDINANCE amending the City of Yelm 2002 Budget adopted by
Ordinance No. 746 (12/01) and the attached Employee Salary Schedule,
Section 2, Appendix II, by creating a temporary position in the Sewer
Department.
WHERF,AS, continued efficient operations of the Sewer Department requires creating and filling
a temporary position during the anticipated absence of a permanent full time employee;
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Yelm do ordain as follows:
Section 1. City of Yelm 2002 Budget Ordinance 746, and Salary Schedule, Appendix II
annexed to and incorporated therein by reference, are amended by the addition of
anew Temporary Hire position from the period of March 16 through May 15,
2002.

Section 2. No benefits shall apply to this temporary position.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect five days after its passage,
approval, and publication.
