751 Change name and Designation of PublisherCITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 751
AN ORDINANCE amending Section 1.01.010 of the Yelm Municipal
Code, relating to the adoption of the Yelm Municipal Code, by changing
the name and designation of the publisher from Book Publishing Company
to Code Publishing Company.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 197 adopted on February 2, l 976, constituted a codification of the
ordinances of the City of Yelm by Book Publishing Company, and publication thereof in a
volume entitled "City of Yelm Municipal Code" and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Yelm to continue with the present codification of the
City's ordinances and to change the publication company from Book Publishing Company to
Code Publishing company, without effecting any significant change other than in the format and
availability of the Yelm Municipal Code, which will be in a written published format as well as
in an electronic format available on computer diskette;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Yelm do ordain as follows;
Section 1, That section 1.01.010 of the Yelm Municipal Code shall be, and is hereby, amended to
read as follows:
Section 1.01.0 ] 0 Adoption.
Pursuant to the provisions of RCW 35.21.500 through 35.21.570, there is adopted the
"City of Yelm Municipal Code", as compiled, edited and published by Code Publishing
Company, Seattle, Washington.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after five (5) days of its
passage and publication as provided by law.
