798 Vacate Unopened StreetCITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 798
AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 791, vacating unopened street right-of-way
between Cullens Road and Killion Road in a portion of the West'/2 of Section 13,
Township 1 North, Range 1 East W.M. and transferring title to such property
accordingly.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 791 was adopted by the Yelm City Council on October 22,
2003; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 791 vacated unopened street right-of-way between Cullens
Road and Killion Road; and
WHEREAS, title to said right-of-way would vest in the owners as of the date of final
subdivision approval by the City Council of the Cherry Meadows subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested amending the date that title vests to the date
that alternate right-of-way is dedicated to the City of Yelm;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM, WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 791 is amended as follows:
That title to said right-of-way shall vest in the owners as of the date the
connecting street of the Cherrv Meadows areliminarv subdivision approval
is dedicated to the Citv of Yelm.
