792 Amend City Budg and Adopt Ord 772CITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 792
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Yelm amending the 2003 City of
Yelm Budget, adopted by Ordinance No. 772 (12/02), by revising
appropriations in the Municipal Water Fund (401), the Water Capital
Reserve Fund (404) and the Water Revenue Debt Redemption
Fund (405).
WHEREAS, Council adopted Ordinance No. 777, approving issue
of $2,600,000 in Water Revenue Bonds, in April of 2003; and
WHEREAS, the Bond Ordinance limits certain types of payments
from the Municipal Water Fund requiring appropriation revisions;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM,
WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Fund 401, the Municipal Water Fund shall be amended by revising
and redistributing an appropriated $26,500 transfer to the Municipal
Building Fund (302) by increasing the Capital Reserve/Machinery
Equipment Line and the debt service Transfer to the Water
Revenue Redemption Fund by $13,250 each.
Section 2. Fund 405, Increasing appropriations for the Municipal Water Fund
and Debt Service Costs by $13,250 each.
Section 3. Fund 404, authorizing $26,500 appropriation to replace the
Municipal Water Fund transfer to the Municipal Building Fund.
Section 3. Ratify and Confirmation Clause -Any action taken pursuant to this
ordinance but prior to the effective date is hereby ratified and
confirmed.
